Villa Mare

Villa Mare is a private 7 Bedroom luxury villa on Pratumnak Hill, a 5-mim walk from Yinyom Beach and 10-min drive from central Pattaya. With 7-bedrooms, 8-bathrooms and space for 14 to 22 guests, it is built for the kind of trip where everyone stays under one roof — family reunions, milestone birthdays, company retreats and groups of friends who would rather not split across three hotel rooms.

The Villa has all 7 en-suite bedrooms spread across simple single floors, so couples, families with children and solo guests all get their own space. Three separate kitchens mean nobody queues to cook, and the open living and dining areas seat the whole group at once.

Facilities

A private swimming pool and landscaped garden sit at the centre of the property, with a jacuzzi, BBQ area and shaded seating for long evenings. Housekeeping is included, so the place stays as good as you found it.

Pratumnak sits between Pattaya and Jomtien: quiet residential streets, a short walk to Yinyom Beach, and ten to fifteen minutes by car to Walking Street, Terminal 21, Nong Nooch Garden and the Sanctuary of Truth. Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport is around 90 minutes away, and we can arrange transfers.
